How To Overcome STRESS



STRESS. Did you ever think about the reason behind it. Ask Question to your self.

Reason due to having no time for our self .Mobile has taken the space of our closed ones either friends or family. The question would be arising in your mind that NO we share time with our closed one . The answer is NO.


Notice yourself that when your are with your friend ,family but the whole attention is to mobiles physically we are together but mentally we are not .

Let me explain you all in simple language we are sitting together but we never watched comedy videos in same single mobile of any one we share it let you watch in your and me in my mobile.

It is a general reason there are so many reasons too..than how can you say that you spend your time you have to change your mind set. Physically present every where doesn’t means that you are actually present there.
The habit of leaving alone will arise the stress in our mind and we never understand that how it happens.

Now the main question is what to do now
  • Boycott the mobile every morning and evening for 1 hour (excluding charging time- because I know you all are more smarter).
  • Crack jokes with your friends family.
  • Don’t talk about some thing bullshit create a positive environment.
  • Share how is your day today bad or good. share don’t think too much.
  • Don’t  waste you time in clicking photos enjoy the moment, clicking photo is not the actual enjoyment. Actual enjoyment is capturing all the thing in your eye you will say than how we will keep memory you will keep memory by before living take the clip. But first enjoy that’s the enjoyment...try ones .
  • Give your self half an hour talk with your self cry laugh what you want to do let the stress go and feel relaxed and than get up and  start doing your work for achieving your goals.
  • Avoid playing online games play outdoor and indoor games which is good for your health which boost your energy.


By doing above steps for at least 21 days You will realize that half of the stress are gone which are known as useless stress which come due to more thinking. Because we just think and sleep in that world don’t think too much it will lead to destruction only . Think and start working to achieve it.
